Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges
We accept refund or exchange requests if:
✅ You received a defective or incorrect product.
✅ A service was not delivered as agreed.

Non-Refundable Items/Services:
❌ Custom-made corporate gifts
❌ Completed IT services
❌ Orders cancelled after production or work commencement


2. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order (or service completion).

Provide order details, description of the issue, and supporting photos (if applicable).
